Ordering by PHONE and FAX

If you are paying for your order with Visa, Mastercard or Discover, you can place your order by phone or FAX. Our 800 number (orders only please) is (800) 353-4344. Please call between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern time. You can also order by FAX. Our FAX number is (508) 252-4740. It (usually) operates 24 hours a day. If you have trouble reaching us by phone or FAX, we do still (of course!) accept orders through mail.

Include your phone number in the e-mail and we will give you a call concerning payment.  Please do not include credit card information in your e-mail.

Terms and Shipping

Include $15.00 with each order to help cover shipping and packing costs. * On orders of $150 or more (before tax), we will provide free ground shipping within the Eastern United States.   Air shipment will be used for orders to areas west of the Mississippi and other more distant areas.  For air shipping, add $10 to the regular $15 shipping charge. Payment must accompany orders. For your protection do not send cash, use checks, money orders, Visa or Mastercard. Massachusetts residents are required to add 6.25% for state sales tax. Foreign orders must be paid in United States funds with allowance for air shipping charges and a thirty ($30.) dollar fee for phyto-sanitary certificate.

UPS will be used whenever possible unless you specify otherwise. Please give detailed address to help them locate you. They cannot deliver to post office boxes. We require that customers west of the Mississippi pay the extra fee for air shipping. This will ensure that our plants reach you in their best condition. UPS can deliver to your work address if you prefer:

• Daylilies are shipped from late April to late June and from mid- August to late October.
• Siberian and Japanese Iris are shipped from mid-April to late May and mid-August to late October. Please read iris sections for more details.
• We ship according to our weather and our notion of what we believe the conditions to be in your region. If you have a specific time in mind to receive your plants, please advise us and we will do our very bets to accommodate you. No shipments are made between July 1 and August 15.
• Detailed planting and cultural instructions will accompany each order.

We recognize that most planting schemes call for massing or repeating several plants of a particular variety for the best design results.

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS

For 3 to 5 plants of one variety  subtract 10%

For 6 or more plants of one variety subtract 15%.
